Dr Pelletier

I’m a native of western Mass: I grew up in Ware and got my bachelor’s degree from UMass, Amherst.  After several years away, I’m really happy to be settled back into this beautiful area. I earned my doctorate from Tufts Cumming’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. I’ve completed two internships, providing me advanced training in medicine and surgery, and worked in emergency, large animal, and small animal practice. I’m a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians (AEMV) which provides continuing education and support to veterinarians dedicated to advancing the care of small exotic mammals such as rabbits, ferrets, and rodents. I’m also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).  I have a little dog named Odin who comes to work with me most days, three cats, and a fiance. Besides cuddling my kitties and taking Odin for hikes, I love gardening, arts and crafts, and attending live music. I’m very excited to be at Pioneer Valley Veterinary Hospital and I look forward to cultivating my career here with wonderful people and pets!
