Covid-19 Update

Hybrid Curbside Service begins Tuesday, July 6th!

 

Starting on Tuesday, we will begin to let a limited number of clients into the building to be present for examinations, surgical admissions, and boarding check-ins.

 

We will continue to keep the front door locked, and ask everyone to call when they arrive.

 

Any client entering the building will be escorted in with a staff member and will be required to wear a properly fitting mask at all times. For those who do not want to enter the building or do not want to wear a mask, we will continue to offer full curbside.

Our lobby is too small to accommodate social distancing, so nobody will be doing any financial transactions or interacting with any of our team at the reception desk. We ask you to respect our policy. Please feel free to shop in our lobby though! We have new toys, rawhides and treats! Of course, we still have traditional shampoos, shampoo mitts, bug sprays and other pet supplies!

Please continue to call ahead if you need to refill medications, or to pick up any food or supplies. Call when you arrive and we will bring the items to you.

Appointments: Call when you arrive to check in. One of our technicians will call you back shortly, will do your intake over the phone, and will ask you to meet them at the front door once an exam room is ready for you and your pet. We will limit the number of humans allowed in to 2. Once your appointment is over, the technician will process your payment while you are still in the exam room, and will escort you and your pet out once everything is done!

Surgery Admissions: Call when you arrive to check in, at that time your deposit will be taken over the phone. One of our technicians will escort you into an exam room, when one is ready for you, to go over the procedure, estimate and answer any questions you may have. When you arrive to pick up your pet later in the day, call us, and we will complete your payment over the phone. One of our surgical technicians will bring your pet out to you and go over the take home instructions and answer any questions you may have.

Day Camp: Call when you arrive and we will process payment over the phone. Then we will ask that you meet one of our kennel technicians by the employee entrance (the middle door when you’re looking at the building). Please keep your dog securely on their leash and we will take your dog from you. When you pick them up, do the same thing- call to let us know you are here and we will meet you outside at the same spot where you dropped them off.

Boarding: Call when you arrive. One of our kennel technicians will come out the front door to get you, and they will escort you into the building to go over and fill out the boarding registration form. When you come to pick up your pet, call us, we will collect payment over the phone, then your dog will be brought out the middle door for you to greet them outside.
